A MNC company engaged in oil and gas services is currently looking for:
 

QHSE Manager

Indonesia Operation - Jakarta based

 

Responsibilities

·         Lead the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department for the company and act as advisor to the management in all matters concerning occupational accident/incident, injury, HSE promotions, and to be an HSE Role Model.

·         To act as task force coordinator for committee members for the implementation of integrated HSE – Management System and quality initiative such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000.

·         Promoting and maintaining an ongoing safety education program to create an awareness of and commitment to safety at all levels of the organization.

·         To review, revise and update HSE – Management System Manuals and Procedures to suit current scope of work.

·         Developing safety standards and measurements for adequately evaluating each responsible supervisor and manager in term of accident prevention and loss control.

·         Represent Management in the HSE Committee refer to Ministry of Manpower No.PER.05/MEN/1996 regarding to SMK3 requirement

·         Preparing instructional materials on safety that will inform supervisors and employees about process.

·         Conducting research into new methods of safety and accident prevention, as well as controlling health hazard in the workplace

 

Position Requirements :

1.        Minimum S1/Bachelor graduated from Engineering/ Science/ Public Health background with minimum GPA 2.75 (Master level will be an advantages) for at least 5 years working experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, Oil & Gas or Mining Industry in Supervisory position Having proficiency to operate MS Office; Excel, Words, Power Point, and Visio with latest application version;

2.        Good command of English (both spoken and written), Excellent leadership is a must, complied with good interpersonal skill and presentation. Mature, persistent, firm, innovative, team player and trustworthy. Good responsibility, high integrity and highly motivated individual;

3.        Able to work as a team or independently;

4.        Having deep understanding and experience in implementing Quality, Health & Safety Environment System; OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, CSMS, and SMK3 (Government Safety Management System);

5.        Having ability to develop procedures, conduct safety training, and implement practical safety program;

6.        Having good ability in presentation skill;

7.        Possess a qualification of Safety Specialist (Ahli K3) certified by Indonesian Government – The Department of Manpower;

8.        Having involved in a particular HSE association National and or Int'l.;

9.        Experience in the related nature of business, Oil & Gas or Mining industry is an added advantage
